Hi, I’m Kristen!

I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’re here, chances are you’ve been carrying a lot. Maybe anxiety has been taking over, your relationships feel exhausting, or you’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you’ve lost touch with yourself.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t have to have the right words or have everything figured out. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, work through what’s keeping you stuck, and build a life that feels more grounded, connected, and fulfilling.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been underneath the stress, self-doubt, or pressure to be everything for everyone.

What brought me here:

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade working in influencer marketing. It was a fast-paced world that taught me a lot about success, ambition, and the pressure so many people feel to appear like they have it all together.

Over time, I became more interested in what was happening beneath the surface. That curiosity led me to earn my Master’s in Clinical Psychology and ultimately build a career doing work that feels deeply meaningful to me.

Today, I help people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep showing up in their lives. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone begin to trust themselves again.

Outside the Therapy Room:

When I’m not with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, walking by the beach, trying a new coffee shop, or working on a creative project. I love getting creative with TikTok, listening to podcasts, and putting together a cute outfit.

I love learning about psychology and relationships, but I also believe healing happens through connection, laughter, rest, and finding joy in everyday life.

More than anything, I love my doodle, named Cannoli!

What it’s like to work with me:

  • I attune before I advise, keep it real & always kind

  • I’ll guide you with structure, warmth, and tools that actually help

I believe the best therapy happens when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow.

My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I’ll listen with curiosity, ask thoughtful questions, celebrate your progress, and gently challenge the patterns that are no longer serving you. I want you to leave sessions feeling understood, but also with practical insight that helps you create change between sessions.

I draw from attachment-based therapy, nervous system regulation, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, somatic interventions, and other evidence-based approaches, always tailoring therapy to your unique needs.

You don’t need to have the perfect words. You don’t need to be “ready.” You just have to show up. I’ll meet you there. Show up in comfies, a blanket, snacks - whatever you need to feel comfortable and supported!
