Hi, I’m Kristen!

Founder of Be Well | Relatable Wellness

I’m a therapist (AMFT), coach, and emotional wellness educator who works with teens, young women, and anyone navigating life, love, or identity in a world that often rewards performance over presence.

I help my clients stop overthinking, stop people-pleasing, and start feeling like themselves again—supported, steady, and safe in their own skin.

What brought me here:

I used to think something was wrong with me for feeling so much, needing rest, or getting overwhelmed when others didn’t seem to. But what I eventually realized—and what I now teach—is that most of what we struggle with emotionally is not a flaw. It’s a reflection of how our nervous system, relationships, and past experiences shaped us.

I created Be Well to be the space I needed: emotionally intelligent, human, and deeply regulating.

Outside the Therapy Room

I’m usually romanticizing the small stuff—my morning coffee, getting ready for the day, voice-noting my friends about life, or overanalyzing a TikTok through a therapy lens.

I love a good outfit, a deep conversation, and figuring out how to take better care of myself—even when it’s messy.

I’m not here as a perfect therapist. I’m here as a real human—just like you.

And if we ever bump into each other in real life, I’ll follow your lead. Whether it’s a wave, a smile, or nothing at all—you always get to choose what feels comfortable.

What it’s like to work with me:

  • I attune before I advise

  • I bring science and soul

  • I keep it real, but always kind

  • I’ll guide you with structure, warmth, and tools that actually help

You don’t need to have the perfect words. You don’t need to be “ready.” You just have to show up. I’ll meet you there.
